Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, located in Mexicali, Baja California, seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee inspectors and define the quality strategy within the SBU. The role ensures correct coverage and coordination of activities, supporting operations and multi-cell projects.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, plus training in quality tools, project management, and lean methods.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate personnel, tools and resources to ensure correct inspection program implementation.
• Report incidents affecting the process.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for solution development.
• Manage quality projects in the SBU and develop action plans.
• Develop and implement training matrices.
• Promote coaching and recognition for QC Inspectors.

Supervision of assigned personnel (Inspectors of Quality).Responsible of the definition and implementation of the Quality strategy at SBU leven assuring the correct coverage and coordination of assigned activities.Responsible to provide Support to the opertion Departments.Front‐line Supervision and Multicell leader.Support of multi‐cell projects/initiatives.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Lead improvement projects .
• Coordinate personal, tools and all resources to assure the correct inspection program implementation, linked to the quality system and quality specifications .
• Report incidents affecting the process .
• Contributor in Root cause analisys for problem's solutions .
• Manages quality projects in the SBU and develops action plans .
• Training matrices development and implementation .
• Promote Coaching and recognition for QC Inspectors assuring team motivation.

Additional Functions:

• Decision and problem solving with Very high risk management skills .
• Support as Quality Manager back up. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Intermediate English Level (Reading, listening and writing).
• Advanced experience in management team presentations and negotiations skills.
• Master degree on administration (desirable).
• Experience different areas or departments.
• Experience training New Leaders.
