Daimler Truck AG in Mexico is seeking a Legal Operations support professional to coordinate the department's day-to-day activities and drive the execution of the legal strategy. You will assist General Counsel with calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up on key priorities.

The role emphasizes Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, budget and vendor management, data analysis, and adoption of digital tools to improve processes and OKR/KPI tracking across the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Project Management, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 & Office Suite skills required.
• Experience with data analysis, budgeting, and vendor management is preferred.
• Fluent English (B2) and Spanish (B2) are required.

Objective of the position:

Support for the day-to-day activities of the Legal Department. The position also supports the execution of the legal department strategy by coordinating key initiatives, monitoring objectives, OKRs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and technology adoption efforts, and supporting budget, vendor, and operational management activities that contribute to the successful execution of the department's strategy; and provides executive and administrative support to the General Counsel, including calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-up on key priorities.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

Advanced Microsoft 365 & Office Suite Skills. Budget, Procurement & Vendor Management Data Analysis, Reporting & KPI Tracking AI-Powered Productivity Tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) Experience or interest in technology adoption, process optimization, data analysis, and digital tools is preferred. English level: B2 Spanish Level: B2 Soft Skills: – Effective Communication – Planning and organization – Strategic thinking – Analysis and problem solving Academic Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Project Management, or related fields.
