Job summary

You will drive standard work, takt time monitoring, and changeovers with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cost reduction, and KPI control across manufacturing units, balancing workloads and developing a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related degree.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience preferred.
• CAD/PLM tools knowledge (CAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and GD&T encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate production processes and standard work with lean practices.
• Manage process analysis, line balancing, takt time, and governance of standard work.
• Support new projects and productivity initiatives in manufacturing.
• Foster collaboration across teams for changeovers and launches.
• Assist OU managers with job balancing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Logistics to update shop floor communications and material placement.
