Job summary

Copeland seeks an enthusiastic engineering student in Industrial or Mechatronics to join our Reynosa operation as an intern. You will support operational and administrative activities, contributing to department goals while developing practical knowledge aligned with your studies.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn within a global climate technology leader, with exposure to CAD, MS Office tools and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Active student in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or related field with GPA preferably 8.
• Knowledge of production processes.
• Basic English – conversational.

Responsibilities

• Complete a project assigned by the company.
• Support activities assigned by your Mentor.
• Prepare reports, presentations and information analyses.
• Follow up on administrative and operational activities.
• Keep department databases and records up to date.
• Collaborate in documentation and process improvements.
• Participate in work meetings and follow up on agreements.
• Assist in generating area indicators and metrics.
• Comply with company safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other activities related to your professional training.
