Autoliv is seeking an APS Manager to lead the Autoliv Production System and drive Lean transformation across manufacturing sites in Sonora. The role focuses on embedding Lean, financial discipline, and performance governance to sustain cost savings and margin expansion.

You will identify structural cost reductions, govern improvement portfolios, and build Lean capabilities enterprise-wide, delivering measurable results and training across levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
• 8+ years Lean implementation across multiple sites in automotive/manufacturing.
• Strong shop floor exposure and hands-on problem solving.
• Lean Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Identify structural cost reduction opportunities across conversion costs, direct and indirect labor, scrap and rework.
• Drive governance and portfolio management by prioritizing high-impact initiatives, leading continuous improvement efforts, ensuring ROI targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture by promoting APS principles and delivering Lean training and certifications.
• Optimize structural costs by improving layout and line balance, reducing variability, enabling automation with strong ROI.
