Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Juarez, Mexico is seeking a Business Excellence Engineer. Under the direction of the Business Excellence Manager, you will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, deploy JJPS, and drive breakthrough improvements to deliver the expected business results.

You will develop lean training programs, maintain the Plant Dashboard, and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal policies.

Qualifications

2-4 years of overall business professional experience is required.
Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is preferred.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Minitab and Word.
Familiarity with FDA, ISO and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate and facilitate Lean Manufacturing deployments.
Develop and implement lean training programs and facilitate organizational learning.
Maintain Plant Dashboard and measure production results versus goals.
Read, analyze and interpret scientific, technical journals and financial reports.
Conceive, develop and implement Lean Manufacturing processes to improve efficiencies, increase productivity and/or improve quality.
Facilitate and support business process mapping to eliminate non-value-added activities.
