Schneider Electric has an opening for a Warehouse Supervisor at Monterrey Plant 1. The role oversees material flow to production, supports kitting, and ensures accurate stock levels to keep the line running smoothly.

You will manage Kanban picking, forklift operations, cycle counts, and uphold safety and quality standards while leading a diverse team and leveraging Excel for inventory optimization.

Formación

• Experience with SAP Production / Warehouse Replenishment.
• Experience performing cycle counts / physical inventory.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork.
• Intercultural skills and initiative for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous supply of materials to production/assembly areas.
• Manage kitting to keep line moving at a steady pace.
• Pick parts from Kanban or storage areas and assemble kits.
• Maintain correct part quantities to support production needs.
• Operate forklift/hand truck for delivery or picking.
• Inspect parts for damages and notify quality personnel.
• Follow safety, environmental, and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform cycle counts/physical inventory.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
