Workwear Outfitters, LLC in Matamoros is seeking a Lead Supervisor Manufacturing to oversee a team of 9–12 shift supervisors and drive peak production, quality, and cost efficiency. You will ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards while maintaining smooth workflow on the factory floor.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading manufacturing teams, training staff, and coordinating planning activities.

Formación

• Experience supervising a manufacturing shift or team.
• Knowledge of safety programs and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to monitor production quality and maintenance compliance.
• Strong communication and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 9–12 shift supervisors to maximize production, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to meet hiring standards.
• Represent plant personnel on safety issues and update management on safety and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies and company regulations.
• Monitor adherence to job quality standards to ensure first-quality production.
• Oversee preventive maintenance on machines and conveyors, report damages and losses.
• Train new unit personnel as required.
• Coordinate basic planning alignment and perform additional duties as assigned.

(>9, < 12 supervisors)· Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.· Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.· Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.· Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.· Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.· Trains new unit personnel as required.· Communicates for basic alignment with planning.· Performs these and other duties as assigned.
