FXC Intelligence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership of a high-impact, customer-facing product used by major institutions. You will lead Golang services and frontend work in React/TypeScript, mentor engineers and align delivery with product goals.

Based in Mexico City with remote work, occasional in-person meet-ups, you will drive performance, observability and code quality, collaborating with product and tech teams to translate roadmaps into tangible tasks.

Formación

• Proficient in Golang services and web backends deployed in Docker containers.
• Strong SQL skills for performant data access.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Understanding clean code and language idioms in TypeScript and Go; participate in code reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quality of the code and architecture delivered by your team.
• Coach and influence team engineers; align goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to translate roadmaps into tasks and track progress.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and frontend apps you’re responsible for.
• Deliver performant interfaces driven by design systems; improve service performance and observability.
• Improve team efficiency through automation and new technologies.
