Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, with a role located at Guadalajara North Campus. The Process Supervisor will oversee SMT and SCP, develop programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and hands‑on experience in SMT, SCP, PTH, and backend processes, with IPC‑A‑610 knowledge and supervision ability.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in SMT, SCP, PTH and backend processes.
• Knowledge of stencil design, reflow profiling, tooling/fixture design.
• Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610, CPK calculations, CAD/Gerber, MS Office.
• Previous supervision of technical personnel.
• Experience with production control systems (serial control, flows, traceability).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise technical activities in SMT and SCP processes and coordinate the technical team.
• Develop and optimize programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and other process equipment.
• Analyze and validate stencils; perform SPI debug and P&P failure analysis.
• Develop reflow profiles and validate fixtures, pallets, and process tooling.
• Support SCP process controls, soldering validations, thermal assemblies and related requirements.
• Create procedures, visual aids, and technical presentations.
