Johnson Controls in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks an experienced SAP Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end SAP-enabled improvements across manufacturing, planning, materials, and warehouse operations. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to shape effective SAP solutions that enhance visibility and execution.

The role requires strong SAP SCM knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with English and Spanish

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience leading SAP supply chain transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Manufacturing and SCM processes.
• Experience with ERP SAP in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP supply chain transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Partner with operations, procurement, planning, logistics, and IT to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Manufacturing and SCM capabilities.
• Drive process improvements across PP, MM, WM, IM, and PTP modules.
• Coordinate blueprinting through go-live and post-go-live support.
