HP, Inc. is seeking a Senior IBP techno functional architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of our supply chain planning solutions, including forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and IT teams to align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated SAP IBP-based solutions, with exposure to AI tooling and a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive domain knowledge of supply chain planning with deep architectural expertise.
• 10+ years IT experience in techno-functional leadership with AI tools.
• Hands-on SAP IBP architecture, configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW and related planning modules.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning.
• Lead IBP-driven programs end-to-end from scoping to deployment.
• Design integration strategies and data maps across landscape.
• Oversee SAP IBP integration with S4 HANA, BW, and third-party tools.
• Mentor IT professionals and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor IT performance, risks, and policy compliance.
