Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an SAP IBP specialist to design, configure, test, and support supply chain planning processes across SAP IBP and SAP ERP landscapes. The role involves international rollout projects, end-to-end process design, and collaboration with global business units.

Qualifications

BS in Informatics, Economics, or Business Informatics; advanced degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, SAP consulting, or SAP application support.
Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA or comparable planning systems.
Experience in SAP template rollout projects in an international environment.
Knowledge of Demand Planning, S&OP and Response & Supply processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain planning issues and solve them with SAP IBP and integrated SAP ERP systems.
Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for SAP IBP.
Configure SAP IBP system settings and planning models; plan and execute OQ and UAT.
Lead sub-projects: gather requirements, draft BRDs, guide integration testing, and support QA.
Collaborate with global business units to standardize and optimize end-to-end planning processes.
Provide ongoing support and handover to operations post go-live.
