Ford Mexico is seeking an experienced IT leader to establish and head a Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls in Mexico. You will lead a team of 8 GSRs and report to your US-based manager, coordinating with global LL6 peers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in IT/CS (Master’s a plus), 5–7 years in SAP Basis and SnC, and proven experience leading IT teams in a multi-location setting. Strong leadership, PM, and process management skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in leading IT teams, preferably global or multi-location.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science; Master’s is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, and process-management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead a Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls in Mexico.
• Manage a team of 8 GSRs and coordinate with US-based management.
• Streamline and document processes across dedicated teams to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with LL6s globally on a high-collaboration initiative.
• Travel as required to support the team and projects.
