A healthcare innovation company in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico is seeking a STAFF REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST to conduct regulatory compliance audits, provide guidance on compliance issues, and lead audit teams. The ideal candidate holds a BS in science or engineering, has at least 6 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in English and Spanish. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations align with industry regulations and standards, contributing to the company’s commitment to healthcare innovation.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality, Regulatory Compliance, or related activities.
• Experience in Medical Devices field or Pharmaceuticals is preferable.
• Lead auditor certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct audits to verify compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions from audits.
• Guide the organization on compliance issues.

Conocimientos

Effective communication skills – oral and written (English and Spanish)

Analytical skills to interpret scientific and technical publications and legal documents

Ability to manage and lead a team during an audit

Knowledge in problem-solving techniques

Skills in presenting information effectively to senior management

Educación

BS in science, engineering, or business

MBA or Master’s in Science (preferably)
