Experience Range
With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in quality engineering for web applications and microservices, including substantial hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of business and technical requirements to design robust test scenarios and cases for web applications and microservices.
- Drive the development, execution, and maintenance of automated and manual test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and BDD methodologies, ensuring high test coverage.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing to validate application quality and reliability, documenting results and metrics.
- Validate APIs, databases, and end-to-end workflows using tools such as Postman and SoapUI, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration.
- Oversee test data and environment management, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Manage and track defects using Zephyr and JIRA, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Champion Agile ceremonies and sprint activities, proactively contributing to process optimization and team collaboration.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders, supporting production validation and release testing.
