MMR Consulting is seeking a Pharmaceutical - Siemens Desigo / Insight Building Automation Engineer to join our life sciences team. You will design, manage projects, and commission BAS for biopharma facilities, working with engineers, equipment vendors, and contractors.

Some travel to client sites is expected and leadership to mentor junior staff is required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma BAS, experience with Siemens Insight/Desigo, and ability to read electrical drawings;

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English is required for technical documentation.
• GMP knowledge for pharma/biotech facilities, with SOPs, Validation, Change Controls.
• Knowledge of GAMP and data integrity requirements.
• Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical, Controls, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years pharma building automation engineering experience; 3+ years building controls with BAS.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and Siemens BAS code (Insight/Desigo).
• Leadership and mentorship skills to lead projects and teams.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide design guidance into automation systems for upgrades, renovations and expansions.
• Support project execution from feasibility through handover across all stages.
• Lead coordination with Process Engineering, Mechanical, Validation and client stakeholders.
• Review URS, FRS, SDS, DDS, Valve & Alarm Matrices and contribute to IQ/OQ/Commissioning.
• Coordinate procurement tracking, vendor management, and project scheduling for progress updates.
