MMR Consulting is seeking a Sr. C&Q Engineer to lead commissioning, qualification and validation activities for biopharma systems. You will guide teams across design, commissioning, and start-up of processes and facilities, ensuring adherence to cGMP and regulatory expectations.

The role involves working at client sites in the US, with potential TN visa sponsorship offered by the company. Strong leadership and the ability to mentor junior engineers are essential for success.

Formación

• 12+ years in commissioning, qualification or validation of pharma/biotech systems.
• Experience with cGMP operations and related regulatory expectations.
• Leadership or mentorship experience in validation teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance in commissioning, qualification and start-up of cGMP process equipment, utilities and facilities.
• Lead development of qualification deliverables (DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) during the project lifecycle.
• Perform field execution of qualification test cases and protocols.
• Lead qualification processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate meetings with cross-functional departments to drive progress and decisions.
• Travel may be required for meetings with vendors or FATs.
