The Lead is accountable for managing end-to-end processes for employee separations and leave/accommodation cases. This position ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, partners with third‑party vendors, and drives process improvements to deliver exceptional employee experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team handling leave of absence (STD, FMLA, ADA, state‑specific leaves), accommodation requests, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee centralized offboarding for voluntary and involuntary separations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of all offboarding and leave‑related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems, including Workday and ADP.
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs; lead process improvement initiatives and recommend policy updates.
  • Analyze trends and generate insights for leave, accommodation, and offboarding data.
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, and company standards.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and integrate updates into daily operations

  • Must have US experience in leave of absence and Offboarding in US
