Lead Maintenance Technician

General Purpose of the Position:

Coordinate and lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for production equipment and manufacturing facilities, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards, and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance technician team on the production floor.
• Execute and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance programs for industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on production lines.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Technical degree, Associate Degree (TSU), or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field).
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in industrial maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Technical Knowledge:

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Basic PLC knowledge (preferred).
• Proficient use of tools and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule flexibility required.
