Job summary

FXC Intelligence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership of a high-impact product used by major clients, central banks, and NGOs. You will lead Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontends, driving quality, performance, and observability while mentoring a ~30-strong tech team.

You’ll influence architectural decisions, collaborate with Product and Technology teams, and help elevate engineering standards while delivering customer value with data-driven features.

Qualifications

• Lead the technical direction of a customer-facing product.
• Coach and align engineers on goals, timelines and quality.
• Write clean, scalable code in Golang and frontend in React/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of code and architecture delivered by your team.
• Influence and coach engineers across the squad.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to translate roadmap into tasks.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and frontend apps.
• Deliver performant interfaces driven by design system.
