Benchmark Gensuite is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer in Aguascalientes, MX. This full-time hybrid role focuses on leading both frontend and backend development for our Platform Applications and Components team.

You will troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and drive integration across systems, while mentoring juniors and shaping architecture. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in web app development, strong JS/HTML/CSS skills, REST APIs, SQL, and excellent English.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Vanilla JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with REST APIs and CRUD operations.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and frontend-backend integration.
• Excellent communication and Agile teamwork skills.
• Proficient English communication (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for frontend and backend development.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration.
• Optimize performance, speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in architecture discussions.
• Contribute to documentation, specs, and release notes.
• Assist planning and execution of software releases.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure quality standards.
