Benchmark Gensuite seeks an experienced Lead Software Developer to join our Platform Applications and Components team in a hybrid role in Aguascalientes, MX. You will provide leadership for both frontend and backend development, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of web application development experience, strong HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap and JavaScript skills, REST API experience, and collaboration in Agile settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong frontend web development skills with HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap and vanilla JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and CRUD operations; basic backend understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for frontend and backend development.
• Troubleshoot issues, assist with updates, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Develop and maintain documentation and release notes.
• Support software releases and coordinate with QA for quality standards.
