AgileEngine, LLC. in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a hands-on Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up.

You will drive greenfield development, translate product needs into engineering tasks, and work with AI-assisted tooling to ensure quality. You’ll write Flutter code, learn surrounding iOS/low-level tech as needed, and contribute to build and delivery workflows.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development and own the product as the single engineer.
• Critical thinking to break down complex problems and work with AI agents.
• Willingness to learn outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS.
• Drive greenfield implementation and translate product needs into tasks and decisions.
• Develop the product using Flutter and understand surrounding iOS/low-level context as needed.
• Resolve unfamiliar technical problems via investigation, collaboration, and AI tools.
• Use Claude Code in daily development while ensuring correctness and quality.
• Contribute to build and delivery workflows when required.
