AgileEngine, LLC. in León, Mexico is seeking a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up. You will drive greenfield development, turning product needs into engineering decisions while building familiarity with iOS and low-level technology as needed.

You will supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and ensure correctness. The role requires strong Flutter skills (3+ years) and the ability to work independently as the sole engineer.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD, when product needs require it.
