How You'll Make An Impact

• Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems
• Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost‑effective solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery

Position Details

• This position will be based in (CITY, STATE)
• The territory for this position covers a (XX) mile radius
• Targeted accounts are within the (specific division) industries
• Up to (XX)% overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
• Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial / mechanical environments
• No immigration sponsorship available
• Physical demands: position requires working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot, cold, damp, dusty); requires lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field
• Hands‑on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment
• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
