Baker Hughes is offering the LEAD Field Engineer Development Program for recent engineering graduates. This accelerated, three-and-a-half-year program builds the skills to perform in demanding field environments and with customer operations worldwide.

Participants will gain hands-on field experience, structured training, mentoring, and cross-functional rotations, with significant travel and non-standard hours as part of the learning path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotating schedules.
• Strong safety mindset and leadership potential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured bootcamps, on-the-job training, and competency development.
• Assist in field operations alongside experienced engineers at customer sites.
• Support deployment, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical equipment and services.
• Rotate through cross-functional teams and complete required milestones for program graduation.
• Travel domestically and internationally as part of the development schedule.
