You will train in engineering disciplines, execute field operations with seasoned engineers, and travel to diverse operating environments worldwide while advancing through competency levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed within the previous 12 months.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel extensively and work rotational schedules.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical bootcamps, on-the-job training, and competency-based development.
• Execute field operations alongside experienced engineers in live environments.
• Deploy, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain technical equipment and services.
• Support customers and field crews during critical operations.
• Travel domestically and internationally for field assignments.
• Progress through competency levels and complete the capstone project.
