A leading automotive company in San Luis Potosí is seeking an Electric / Electronics Advanced Specialist to ensure the quality and performance of E/E components through rigorous testing and collaboration. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing. Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in automotive or similarly structured manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide functional teams.
• Business fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, conduct, and oversee specialized tests on E/E components.
• Analyze test data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams.

Conocimientos

E/E component communication

Hands-on experience in test laboratories

Analysis and evaluation methods

Knowledge of vehicle BUS protocols

Excellent communication skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
