EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead cloud design, automation, and reliable operations across enterprise platforms. You will shape deployment pipelines, enforce CI/CD standards, and mentor teams in best practices for cloud tooling and incident response.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT infrastructure/DevOps, strong AWS/Azure and Kubernetes skills, and hands-on automation with Python/C#. Excellent English communication is required.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Experience leading a team in large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on with AWS or Azure and Kubernetes for cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement highly available, resilient cloud infrastructure.
• Automate provisioning, config management, and monitoring.
• Drive CI/CD standards across multiple teams and pipelines.
• Mentor and guide DevOps teams on tooling and cloud practices.
• Lead incident reviews and drive reliability improvements.
