BairesDev, a global technology company, is seeking a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) to design and optimize data pipelines in our Snowflake environment. You will coordinate engineering efforts with business goals and drive high-performance data delivery.

You will mentor teammates, manage end-to-end delivery in an agile setup, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake, including continuous ingestion with Snowpipe.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and developing stored procedures.
• Demonstrated ability in project delivery management using Jira, mentoring, and stakeholder alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) at BairesDev

As a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake), you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust data pipelines within our Snowflake environment. You will act as a key technical coordinator, aligning engineering efforts with strategic business requirements while ensuring high-performance data delivery.
