You will serve as a technical champion, aligning complex requirements with scalable backend architecture and cross-functional collaboration. This role emphasizes hands-on Python, data engineering, and leadership in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven expertise in workflow orchestration using Temporal, Airflow, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and data extraction.
• Experience with data pipeline design and migration using Talend or Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring teams and aligning stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth.
• Design, construct, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for ingestion and transformation.
• Architect and manage complex workflow orchestration systems for data processing.
• Drive database optimization and efficient data extraction across enterprise environments.
• Oversee migration and modernization of legacy pipelines to modern architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define engineering standards and roadmaps.
