The Credit Analyst supports company-wide credit risk management across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk mitigation, claims exposure assessment, and downstream credit recovery support. This role serves as the primary Credit Risk resource for Mexico, Canada, International, and Celtic, with support across other portfolios to ensure continuity of Credit operations and consistent application of credit policy and risk controls.
Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Claims, Legal, and Collections to protect company assets, reduce bad debt, and enable sustainable revenue growth through disciplined credit risk management.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis skills and sound judgment with the ability to leverage data analytics and visualization tools. They will transform raw financial data into actionable insights, automate portfolio reporting, and proactively mitigate emerging credit risks and anomalies while balancing business growth and the customer experience.
