Responsibilities
  • Analyze the current application & technology architecture, dependencies, and security design.
  • Lead & collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design cloud‑based solutions that meet requirements.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams and business leaders to understand business requirements and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to understand application & infrastructure capabilities and constraints.
  • Deliver Business Requirement Documentation, Functional Design Document, Migration Strategy, Transition Plan, User stories and User Acceptance Test Plans.
  • Implement the migration plan with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the process.
  • Test the migrated application thoroughly with development, QA, and vendor teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and triage migration and functional issues.
  • Provide training and support to teams on using the migrated application effectively.
  • Ensure end user success through strong customer service skills and understanding of end user goals and objectives.
  • Document: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud‑based designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering R&D Infrastructure and applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst or similar role, focusing on CI/CD Pipelines tools and software development platforms like Salesforce, JFOG, Apptio, GitHub, Bitbucket, container/Kubernetes, Confluence, xWiki, Jira, Atlassian, etc.
  • Supporting one or more technical areas such as data center, server/storage/network, infrastructure, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization and cloud computing.
  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle & Agile methodologies.
  • Highly skilled in analysis, requirements, design, documentation, and migration planning.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation and elicitation skills for stakeholder engagement; able to lead workshops, meetings, and executive presentations.
  • Highly motivated and driven with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task in a self‑managed and fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
