Job summary

Connectingology is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in the injection molding area of our automotive manufacturing facility in Nuevo León. You will apply strong technical knowledge of plastic injection molding, tune machine parameters, manage mold setups and changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the line.

Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure on-time delivery and first-pass

Qualifications

• Experience supervising plastic injection molding production in an automotive setting.
• Knowledge of mold setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
