Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; master’s degree and CFA/CPA preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in regional treasury or financial management, with some supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Investment Management: Manage the company’s investment portfolio to optimize returns while minimizing risk.
• Debt Management: Handle debt issuance, repayment, and compliance with debt covenants; coordinate with Corporate Treasury for comfort letters and instruments.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain and negotiate terms with banks and other financial institutions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Performance bonds management: Obtain performance and warranty bonds to support projects in each country.
