Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM to support procurement operations in Mexico and LATAM. You will process POs, coordinate supplier communications, and ensure policy compliance across regions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6 months to 5 years in procurement or supply chain, and strong Excel and English skills. Portuguese proficiency is required for LATAM support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related operations.
• Intermediate Excel skills with data analysis and Pivot Tables.
• Intermediate English proficiency; Advanced Portuguese proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Process Purchase Orders for MRP- and non-MRP-generated needs.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Procurement Operations, stakeholders, and Accounts Payable to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with purchasing policies.
