Henkel is seeking a PSRA Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance and support the registration, maintenance, and commercialization of cosmetics across LATAM. You will partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external authorities to manage registrations and submissions.

You will review formulas, labeling, and artwork for LATAM compliance, maintain dossiers and certificates, and guide internal teams through the product lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field with emphasis on regulatory affairs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the preparation, submission, and maintenance of cosmetic product registrations and notifications across LATAM markets.
• Coordinate regulatory activities to support product launches, reformulations, line extensions, renewals, and discontinuations.
• Review product formulas, claims, artwork, and labeling for LATAM regulatory compliance.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, technical dossiers, certificates, and data for health authorities and databases.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support regulatory projects related to compliance improvements and process optimization.
• Communicate regulatory risks, opportunities, and project status to stakeholders.
