Henkel is seeking a Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs LATAM Analyst in Guadalajara, Mexico, to ensure cosmetic regulatory compliance across LATAM markets and support registrations and maintenance.

You will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external authorities to manage submissions, labeling, post-approval changes, and ongoing compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry Sciences or a related scientific field.
• 6–12 months of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, or Compliance within cosmetics or personal care industries.
• Experience managing product registrations and regulatory submissions across LATAM.
• Fluent English and Spanish required; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage registrations, notifications, and maintenance of cosmetic products across LATAM.
• Coordinate regulatory activities to support launches, reformulations, renewals, and discontinuations.
• Review formulas, claims, and labeling for LATAM compliance.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and technical dossiers.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support regulatory projects, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization.
• Communicate regulatory risks, opportunities, and project status to stakeholders.
