Ingredion Incorporated is seeking an Analyst Collection (LATAM) to manage the LATAM SSC’s accounts receivable process at the Guadalajara center. You will perform timely collections, post payments in SAP, and back up colleagues while ensuring accurate credit documentation and prompt resolution of discrepancies.

The role requires 1-2 years in collections or cash application, strong English/Spanish skills, and the ability to work with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• College Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in collections, deduction management or cash application.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with A/R and collection operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform timely collections of past due accounts to reduce DSO.
• Process, investigate and post payment data for LATAM via SAP against open items.
• Maintain and update all credit documents and notes in the customer accounts.
• Reconcile overpayments/short payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams on cash application issues.
