Swiss Re seeks an Agriculture Underwriter for Latin America to grow and manage our agriculture reinsurance portfolio across the region, combining underwriting expertise with market engagement, while shaping innovative risk transfer solutions for agricultural clients.

You will work across treaty and facultative business, perform portfolio analytics, contribute to product development, and collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal experts to deliver data-driven insights and strengthen Swiss

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Master's preferred).
Experience in agricultural insurance or reinsurance underwriting, product development, or portfolio analytics.
Understanding of Latin American agricultural markets and risk management.
Experience engaging with clients, brokers, or external stakeholders is advantageous.

Mansioni

Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Agriculture treaty and facultative business with profitability discipline.
Evaluate, structure, and price reinsurance solutions using quantitative analysis and judgment.
Support portfolio steering, accumulation management, diversification, and performance monitoring.
Generate portfolio insights to inform underwriting decisions and strategic planning.
Build relationships with clients, brokers, and market stakeholders across Mexico and Latin America.
