Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, along with 4 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage indicators are essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of LFT and RIT application, management of indicators.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Availability to rotate shifts.
