Responsibilities
  • Drafting administrative records.
  • Attending subpoenas and inspections by the STPS and the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
  • Following up on labor claims.
  • Compiling case files.
  • Keeping labor lawsuits, articles of incorporation, and internal work regulations up-to-date.
  • Promoting alternative solutions to labor disputes.
  • Providing advice on immigration services in Mexico.
  • Processing employer certificates, FMM permits, Mexican visas, temporary and permanent residences with or without work permits, and family-based visas.
  • Keeping track of the renewal log for Mexican visas for foreign personnel.
  • Handling inspections and notices from the National Migration Institute.

Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Bilingual (90% English).
  • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and Federal Immigration Law.
