Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications while abstracting complexity.

Responsibilities include designing clusters, Helm templates, IaC workflows, and GitOps pipelines. Strong Linux, networking, and security knowledge are essential for reliability and performance across remote teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency with designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for deployment and configuration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and IaC.
• Implement and optimize GitOps-based CD workflows with ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance via monitoring and self-healing.
