Mondelez México seeks a results‑oriented professional to support key account teams and drive growth across assigned retail partners. You will aid in coordinating sales efforts, negotiate terms, and manage activities from promotions to shelf visibility.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is required. With 1–3 years in modern trade or related roles, you will use Excel and CRM tools to deliver insights, develop forecasts, and support joint business plans.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in modern trade sales, Key Accounts, or Trade Marketing in CPG.
• Experience negotiating with retail chains or warehouse clubs.
• Knowledge of market analysis tools (Nielsen/IRI or similar) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in English within a multinational context.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Managers to coordinate sales efforts against key priorities.
• Negotiate with account representatives to build favorable relationships.
• Support activities for trade funds, invoicing, promotions, merchandising, and national programs.
