- Drive sales and business development for PET recycling solutions across LATAM
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new leads
- Understand technical and commercial customer needs related to PET recycling and coordinate with internal teams
- Lead commercial negotiations through to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows and customer events
- Provide regular market intelligence and contribute to regional strategy development
- Advise on technical design solutions based on local PET market knowledge
Perfil buscado
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience in PET recycling industry or related machinery sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience working in multinational teams and managing diverse stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across LATAM
- Availability to relocate and live in Mexico
