A leading consumer goods company in Mexico is seeking an E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage and develop the e-commerce channel. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, particularly in the e-commerce industry. Responsibilities include executing strategy, supporting high-value clients, and analyzing data to improve sales performance. A competitive total rewards package is offered.

Formación

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales/account management, preferably in e-commerce.

Ecommerce Key Account Manager
About the Role

The E-commerce Key Account manager is responsible to build, manage and develop the e-commerce channel (pure players). Setting and execute business plans to reach the annual target.

What You Will Do
  • Execute E-commerce strategy for Pure Players to drive sales growth and conversion.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success of e-commerce channel.
  • Provide on-going support to high value clients through setting up and leading the key account team/managing internal resources according to the relevant KAA.
  • Create and execute compelling value propositions for each client.
  • Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with client’s business needs.
  • Manage customer negotiations in relation to Essity’s commercial strategy.
  • Partner with the marketing and digital teams and create strategies.
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability.
  • Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of e-commerce channels.
  • E xecute business plans to reach the annual target.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor´s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales/ account management role (work experience preferably in the e-commerce industry)
  • Knowledge of ecommerce
  • Strong ability to collaborate with local teams and influence others.
