Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key e-commerce partners (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.).
- Build long-term relationships with account stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales targets, assortment, and promotional strategy.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (sales, share of search, conversion rate, basket size, etc.).
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and input to the demand planning team.
- Anticipate and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Track and report performance vs. targets and adjust plans as needed.

- Proven track record managing top e-commerce or retail accounts.
- Skilled in building joint business plans, negotiating terms, and driving profitable growth.
- Comfortable managing P&L responsibility and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Experience with key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart.com, etc.) and their advertising or analytics tools.
