Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Junior Test Engineer to join our automotive testing team in Mexico. You will perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting, with hands-on work on HIL systems and test automation tools.

Ideal candidates will have experience in automotive testing, HIL, and automated testing frameworks, and will collaborate with engineering teams to validate ECUs and systems using CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS protocols.

Formación

• 3+ years of automotive testing experience.
• Automotive system testing experience is mandatory.
• Strong HIL and test automation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform automotive system testing and validation.
• Hands-on experience with HIL systems and troubleshooting using NI, dSPACE, Vector, or ETAS.
• Develop and execute automated tests using NI TestStand, AutomationDesk, or ECU-Test.
• Perform automation scripting, debugging, and test analysis.
• Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support system-level testing.

We are looking for a Junior Test Engineer with hands-on experience in automotive system testing, HIL testing, and test automation. The ideal candidate will support testing, troubleshooting, automation, and validation of automotive systems and ECUs.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Perform automotive system testing and validation.
• Hands-on experience with HIL systems and troubleshooting using NI, dSPACE, Vector, or ETAS.
• Develop and execute automated tests using NI TestStand, AutomationDesk, or ECU-Test.
• Perform automation scripting, debugging, and test analysis.
• Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support root-cause analysis.
• Powertrain testing knowledge is an added advantage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support system-level testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant automotive testing experience.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
• Automotive system testing experience is mandatory.
• Strong HIL and test automation experience.
• Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is preferred.
