Job summary

Nagarro in Mexico is seeking an Azure CloudOps Engineer to join our scale-up as we manage cloud services on Microsoft Azure in a hub-and-spoke architecture. You will contribute to service operations, monitoring, and security compliance, delivering scalable, reliable cloud solutions.

The role targets DevOps professionals with IaC, DevOps, and security best practices experience, including designing automated pipelines and enforcing governance across environments.

Qualifications

• Azure DevOps suite expertise with strong hands-on experience.
• Proficient in Azure IaaS and Terraform for IaC.
• Scripting in PowerShell/Bash/Python for automation.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or similar.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage infrastructure using IaC within hub-and-spoke Azure architecture.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking components (route tables, Virtual WAN, app gateways).
• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure high availability.
• Design and optimize deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps and other CI/CD tools.
• Apply Azure policies and security best practices across subscriptions and resources.
• Document processes, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate on automation initiatives and DevSecOps adoption.

Job Summary Experience: - 3-4 years

We’re looking for an Azure CloudOps expert to join our organization and help us with Azure cloud operations. Our team is focused on the provisioning and management of cloud services hosted on Microsoft Azure. As part of it, you will contribute to the service operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of a hub-and-spoke cloud architecture, ensuring service continuity, security compliance, and performance scalability. This role is designed for DevOps professionals who have proven expertise in cloud-native operations, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps and Security best practices.

Main activities

• Provision & Manage Infrastructure: Support Azure resource deployment and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep) within a hub-and-spoke architecture
• Networking: Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking components including route tables, Virtual WAN, and application gateways
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Assist in monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of cloud environments to maintain high availability
• Automate Pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps (and other CI/CD tools), ensuring reliable and efficient delivery
• Policy & Security: Apply and maintain Azure policies and security best practices across subscriptions and resources
• Documentation: Contribute to clear, actionable documentation for processes, architecture, and troubleshooting guides
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of DevSecOps methodologies

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Powershell/Bash/Python, and Infrastructure as Code, such as Bicep, ARM or Terraform
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, including version control systems and collaborative development practices
• Understanding of networking, security layers and communication protocols
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles: scalability, high availability, and security
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and associated management tools
• Previous exposure to hub-and-spoke architectures in Azure environments
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
